Oh, well, this depends on protocol. ;O)

As the posting was in an anti-amalgam-forum, I think that I can be
VERY sure, that this man did not try amalgam as a filling-material.

People in self-help-groups or -forums are a strange breed...

Incredible, talk about DIY!
I wonder what he did with all the holes in his teeth after he removed
his fillings? His blood-Hg levels definitely skyrocketed during the
weeks he drilled, even if he swallowed none of the amalgam.

werden.
Beim Bohren schaute ich in einen essteller-großen Kosmetik-Spiegel mit
wahlweise ebener und gewölbter Spiegelfläche. Um gut arbeiten zu
können beleuchtete ich die Mundhöhle mit einer sehr hellen Lampe. Bei
den weiter hinten liegenden Zähnen benutzte ich zusätzlich ein
münz-großes Zahnarzt-Spiegelchen (mit langen Stiel-Griff). Bei den
nach innen gewandten Zahnflächen ersetzte ich das Zahnarzt-Spiegelchen
durch einen Taschenspiegel, der (wie der Kosmetik-Spiegel) mit sowohl
ebener als auch gewölbter Spiegelfläche versehen ist.

Wieviel der Plomben ich hatte, weiß ich nicht mehr genau; es waren
glaub ungefähr zehn Stück. Beim Ausbohren ging ich sehr sorgfältig vor
und ließ mir damit viele Wochen lang Zeit. Die Amalgam-Späne spülte
ich mit Wasser aus.
