He/she will remove it, check fore sore spots and make adjustments. You will also be given verbal home care instructions. You can brush your teeth now and start flossing. Good luck. |

| Well as I said in my other thread, its done I was totally out of it -so totally out that I don't know if the dentist spoke to me or not.I don't even recall how I got home. My son who was with me said they told him I have to keep it in for 24/48 hrs, if it is sore to go back on Monday,and that it will take a couple of weeks to settle. Well all well and good, but the office is closed until Monday morning, I didn't receive (or lost) an aftercare sheet, so I am clueless. Do I leave it in for 24 or 48 hours? Do I rinse with anything? How the hell is it even supposed to come out? What do I do to get it out? What if I cant get it back in? Can I clean it with toothpaste when I wash my other teeth or do I have to avoid it?
