| Silly but urgent question regarding black spot on tongue Hi, I got up this morning and noticed a small black spot on my tongue. It is like a blackhead and painless. Now whole day I was imagining I had some deadly form of mouth cancer and surfing the Web doing my own diagnosis. My family doctor is away till Tuesday. What do you suggest I do? See a dentist?
