I would prefer the terms "Office System" and "Clinical System".

Clinical implies (to me) all things related to actually providing patient
care such as: radiographs, photographs, periodontal charting, clinical
notes, referral letters, voice recognition systems, etc.

Practice management implies (to me) all things related to accounting for the
practice.

Some things will need to overlap in any program.

I, for one would cringe at the term _ practice system_, whereas
_clinical system_ would connote a management information system to aid
in smooth functioning of the clinic.

I doubt you want my opinion. Perhaps some of the others will offer a point
of view,
