Default Re: Coffee in the morning VS the evening?

You notice different things from one period of the day to the other. The
coffee doesn't really change.

Default Coffee in the morning VS the evening?

Hi, - It seems the coffee has a different effect on me if I drink it
in the morning VS the evening. How is that???
If I drink it in the morning (before or after food, doesn't matter) I
will likely experience a slight "brain fog" or I will get nervous more
easily, if I drink it in the evening/night I will get more alert and
focused; experiencing the "positive" benefits of the caffeine.
Why this difference in effect?
