When I was a teen, and very hyper, I would drink coffee before bed and it
always seemed to help me sleep.

I've heard it claimed the coffee helps ADD.
It was a Brazilian school principle that made the claim
on NPR's Morning Edition show.

Coffee has been known to slow down hyper children and allow them to relax.

I used to know some people from brazil, they would drink a strong slug of
the stuff just before bed to help them sleep, or so they said.
