There is an Omega 3 and acne paper written in 2003 by Logan, but I haven't been able to read the text. I would theorize that saturated and transfats would tend to clog pores because skin temperature is much lower than body temperature. Omega 6 is reported to be effective for some skin diseases like psoriasis. -- Ron |
