Peter: Not sure if this is the right group, but anyway.
I've bitten my lower lip and can't help biting the resulting swelling at
least once or twice a day.
That prevents it healing.
Any tips on how to handle this?

thought of getting manicures, massage, acupuncture, therapy (a friend's
dad recommends... |

nails, but when I went on low carb diet, had long periods of time, when I
was not doing it. I even had periods, I had to trim my nails, grow so long.
Thanks, JS |
